Hello. I have a lot of stuff. I have gotten rid of some and now need help organizing. Please direct me to good organizational web sites I could look at or if you have personal advice for organization I would appreciate hearing your ideas. I live in an apartment. I do not have a storage space like some apartments provide. I am lucky enough to have a spare bedroom. (that has a walk in closet) I do have decent closet space. In the spare bedroom I would like to organize a space for my crafts and an office space. I can’t spend a lot of money but can spend some if there are helpful things I could buy. I am dedicating three days the end of this month to organizing so I am trying to get prepared ahead of time and make a plan.
Thank You for your help.
I’m a 24/f I recently moved and while packing i realized just how unorganized i really am, i was wondering if anybody has any organization tips for any part of the house, kitchen, bedroom, bath, etc. Its just me and my husband but we have a good amount of belongings, i have many clothes, purses and shoes, not a ton of closet space so i bought a couple of those plastic closets, we moved into an adorable 2 bedroom duplex, so we do have a spare bedroom, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Stress is a natural part of everyone’s life; we all have to deal with some amount of stress. In fact, stress in low levels is actually a good thing because it heightens your awareness of things around you and motivates you to complete tasks.
But, too much stress can be a bad thing, with serious mental and physical health effects. One often-overlooked factor that affects stress in men and women’s lives is the amount of clutter in their life. Really, clutter, like in a cluttered home, or even a cluttered schedule can definitely increase the tension you feel each day. I have two huge reasons why reducing clutter in your life will help get rid of tension and stress you experience.
A messy, cluttered house will cause stress and tension each day. In our natural states, we really don’t like clutter; we like some semblance of structure in our living space. People end up growing numb to it and become overwhelmed the enormity of the decluttering task before them, should they ever actually try cleaning up their living space. The idea of trying to declutter their home just does nothing more than discourage them.
It is difficult to locate what you’re looking for when you’re searching through a cluttered home. You’re much more likely to lose track of important documents or items in a messy home. I personally have lost important things like my wallet and mp3 player when my home was a mess, and that certainly put a strain on me!
Another way that a cluttered home causes stress has to do with all the extra energy, physical and mental, that is expended throughout the day because of the clutter. Wasting time and energy each day, searching for things that you can’t find, you are increasing your stress. You probably underestimate the amount of stress it can lead to, but it really adds up. Everything takes more effort in a cluttered home, whether you are cooking, hosting, or cleaning. If you can declutter fast in little chunks throughout the day or in big chunks every day or so, your home will become a much more efficient, happy and low-stress zone. You better believe it!
