The "big pile" method does not seem to be working any more. It seems like it will be impossible to do it.

I am only looking for advice about paper address books.
I’d like something expandable or upgradable as addresses and contacts change.
Please let me know your ideas!
Thanks : )
Removable/replaceable pages are not what I’m looking for, then I have to re-write a page when there is a change.
No looking to switch to an electronic method
Something for addresses ONLY, not money, calendar, or anything else
In this video I show how I store my 12×12 pattern paper and how to manage all those scraps.

What should I throw away? After how long? How long should I hold onto it?
Moving different rooms, items, etc.

What should I get rid of?

Ellen Damaschino Portland Oregon Neat My hot tip for you today is keep it simple when organizing your paper. Most people only have 3 categories of how they organize their paper; financial, personal, and medical. If you dont have time to file it is okay to have 3 really good looking boxes in front of you and you can throw that paper work in there. The goal is retrieval and not super complicated organizing systems. www.neatorganizer.com
A newpaper ad was mailed to me stating they would be selling all of my items in my unit in less than 10 days. Is this legal? Do they have to give me notice before they list it in the paper?
