Wicker baskets. You can get them with or without a lid.

I've seen similar baskets covered with a faux leather for a different look.

Pier 1 Imports has some nice stuff.

Use a tie rack for your bras, look at all the tie racks available :
http://www.stacksandstacks.com/closet-tie-and-belt-racks-page-1
If you want to hide it, use a little curtain on cable and hooks just in front of that spot.
For other underwear, use this :

Look for some drawer organizers like in the link below or put a chest of drawers in your closet. Another thing that you may consider is to hang a shoe organizer on the back of your door but use the pockets for your unmentionables :) instead of shoes.

Check out the website Flylady.net. It's a great site for organization and it helps you set up a routine one step at a time without overwhelming you. And there is TONS of support and encouragement.

I am not a Mom but plan to be one day and so do try to keep an organized household. I also care for a sick Mum so had to seek help and get organized fast. Have a schedule mounted on the wall maybe on a kitchen wall where you can easily refer to it. The key is not to try to do everything at once, so designate laundry days, shopping days, cleaning the kitchen, living room etc on certain days. The key is small steps and jobs broken down into little chunks so you dont even notice the enormity of the whole thing. Another inportant thing is routine, because routine ensures everything is done when it should be done and not on a whim. Also working smart, knowing tricks of the trade saves time, doing certain jobs at certain times eg not trying to clean while your whole family has just got home and are hungry or need your attention also helps.I cannot give you specifics as Im also working it out just as you are but check out this website www.betweenfriends.org it has helped me enormously! God bless your home!

A portable file system to keep track of bills etc. Small baskets in living room and family room for all junk and can be emptied every evening. Example, my living room basket has magazines, hairbrush, sweater, book, etc. Every evening before bed I take the basket and deliver each item to its proper location. Get rid of junk you dont need. Spend 5 minutes picking up every night. You'd be surprised at how much you can pick up in just 5 mintues.

Look at it like a job. A routine is the best way to get it going. Have certain things you do at certain times and mix it up a little if it gets too monotonous. I have a system I use. I mix my days that i do laundry and dust and vacumn. My mother suffers from OCD so i came from a very CLEAN HOME. lol to look at mine now you wouldnt believe it. its organize but by my own system. Look at your family and figure out the best way to make it work for you.

Yes, Walmart, my husband is a 13 or 13 1/2 and we got a metal one, where the "hook or clip" - shoe insert anyway, goes inside the shoe, and the heals face outward, not a canvas bag type thing. It works for us.
