i'm getting a new room, and need some help…?

*sorry, i couldn’t get the link for the chair. my computer is being stupid. but it’s on target.com and is a lime green chair with a pullout ottoman.
as you can see i love color! but i don’t want my room to be so bright that it’s blinding! so i think these are gonna be my only REALLY bright items, to create a focus area of the room.
i plan on putting my bed by my windows, my tv across from it, and my desk in a little cove/cubby type of area. i’m gonna put my dresser in my closet.
so, are there any tips you have to organize? any thoughts on how i’m planning on setting it up? any cool things i could buy to go in there? closet organization? i’m looking for the really cool little ideas that i haven’t thought of. like where to put my makeup crap, stuff like that. so be detailed!
