What's the best and quickest way to get organized?

particularly if you have a lot of old and new bills and paper work and books from college classes. btw i live in an apartment, and i’m 28 yrs. old just so you know. i want my house to be decent so i can i have visitors over for once lol.
btw i’m currently going back to college to get another degree, and i work, so i don’t always have time to clean.
